Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our care home team. In this role, you will be essential in delivering personalized nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents’ health and medical needs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document changes in residents’ health status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care
• Educate residents and their families about health management and wellness
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
